ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Jake Sherrington

Jake focuses on Landlord representation with a specialization in both traditional project leasing along with high profile assets in urban core Dallas. Some of the premier retail assets include multiple listings on Lowest Greenville, The Hill at Walnut Hill & US-75, McKinney & Olive, 2000 Ross, East Quarter, Lakewood Square, several positions in the Bishop Arts DIstrict and more. The portfolio he works on has allowed for him to work with local landlords along with national REITs throughout DFW.

Prior to joining SHOP, Jake got his start in the business with Andres Properties helping oversee the leasing and overall vision of the redevelopment of Lowest Greenville.

Born and raised in Dallas, Jake graduated from Hillcrest High School, and received his BA degree with a concentration in Finance from Millsaps College. Jake is an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. In his spare time Jake enjoys playing golf and sports with friends, and spending time with his family.
