ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Jaime Bertsche

Jaime Bertsche is a Vice President responsible for leasing efforts in Mid-America Asset Managements retail property portfolio. She has been with Mid-America since June 2004, specializing solely in Landlord representation. Ms. Bertsche has extensive experience in an array of product types including mixed-use developments, specialty leasing of lifestyle centers, ground-up projects, power centers and traditional grocery-anchored centers.

Jaime focuses on urban retail properties including traditional centers and street front retail within Mid-America Asset Managements portfolio. Clients include major Pension Funds, Real Estate Investment Trusts and Entrepreneurs. Through her work in each respective area, she has formed strong relationships with local, regional and national tenants in addition to long term relationships with clients.

Her responsibilities include developing appropriate merchandising plans for each project, marketing space to prospective tenants, cold calling, negotiating with new and existing tenants from the Letter of Intent stage through lease execution and advising clients with recommendations to help create value for each different property type. Additional responsibilities include monthly reporting, budgetsleasing projections and providing ongoing competitive market information to help clients make informed decisions on their respective assets.
