ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Holly Jones

As the Director of Retail Services for Cushman & WakefieldThe Lund Company, Holly is responsible for the retail consulting services and leasing. She primarily specializes in Tenant and Landlord representation in the retail market, and establishes lease rates, leasing strategies, marketing plans and tenant occupancy coordination. In addition, Holly oversees the Company's retail market team.

Holly joined the company in 2008 as the Commercial Property Manager and Marketing Director for Regency Court Mall; where she was responsible for all property related operations, including advertising and tenant relations for multiple national retailers. In 2011, Holly was promoted to Director of Retail Services for Cushman & WakefieldThe Lund Company's brokerage division.

Holly is a licensed real estate salesperson in Nebraska and Iowa. She has been a member of the Omaha Chamber of Commerce since 2001, also serving on the Chamber's TAG Retail Board. She is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women's Group), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).
