ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Helen Dellheim

Helen Lee Dellheims singular mission is to help investors and owners of commercial real estate, throughout North America, and foreign investors worldwide in the acquisition and disposition of real property assets. By also capitalizing on her cumulative 20 years combined expertise in estate and wealth planning the estates of clients, commercial litigation in the New York City civil courts, & immigration law experience, Helen helps clients succeed in reaching generational growth goals with the use of 1031 exchange laws and EB5 projects. Her prior experience re-developing mixed use properties in New York City gives her a keen eye toward identifying investment opportunities for her clients.

Helen received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and clerked for the U.S. District Court, with the Honorable Vanzetta McPherson. She was the past president of the Woodlawn-Westview Rotary Club and lives by the four way test of every Rotarian.
