Greg has specialized in the industrial market since joining the company in 1987. This has enabled him to become a leading expert in that market and develop lasting relationships with many buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. With his extensive knowledge and experience, Greg has successfully brokered hundreds of sale and lease transactions throughout central and southern Maine. Providing consulting and strategic planning, site searches, and representation of buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords, Greg is known for his responsiveness and organizational skills as well as his market knowledge and expertise. Always committed to his clients, Greg builds his relationships through personal interaction which allows him to better understand his clients business operations and their specific real estate needs.

My business mantra is The client always comes first. Early in my career, I was working for a large manufacturing company that needed more space. We found an existing building that would have been a great option, but a competitive bidding war pushed the sale price to an uncomfortable level. I found an undeveloped industrial lot in Saco Industrial park that enabled the company to design and construct a new building. The owners were impressed that I promoted the vacant lot when the sale of the existing building would have generated a much larger commission. A decade later, I was able to sell the companys manufacturing facility because the owners remembered how I had taken care of them.

In 1993, Greg was the second commercial broker in Maine following Tom Dunham to join the prestigious Society of Industrial & Office Realtors SIOR, a global network of only 3,600 industry leaders who are held to the highest standards, ensuring expertise, prestige, and trust. SIORs are the most capable and experienced industrial and office brokerage practitioners in the real estate markets that they cover.

Greg is a past board member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Maine, Maine Commercial Association of Realtors, and Alpha Eta of Chi Psi at Bowdoin College. He is a Trustee Emeriti of Waynflete School in Portland.

Growing up in Fryeburg, Maine, Greg attended Fryeburg Academy 1979. He has degrees from Bowdoin College BA, 1983 and University of Maine School of Law JD, 1987. Greg joined the company after law school when it was known as The MacBride Dunham Group and he became a partner of The Dunham Group in 1991.

In his free time, Greg enjoys biking, golfing, hiking, skiing, and tennis not necessarily in that order. He has a son Peter and daughter Caroline, and lives in Falmouth with his wife, Deb and their dog, Honey.
