Grady Field began his commercial real estate career in 2014 after graduating from Texas Tech University. Grady has broad experience in retail acquisitions and leasing; as well as office, industrial, and ranch sales. His duties include new business development, underwriting investment opportunities, due diligence, and team management. He brings a wide range of knowledge in his history of working with investors, developers and business owners. Whether working with investors or business owner&47;occupiers, Grady has found success by immersing himself in each client's specific needs and pairing them with the right real estate asset to achieve their goals.

Born and raised in Texas, Grady enjoys hunting, snow skiing, triathlons, and traveling around the world with his wife, Haley.
