Geoffrey West is a Senior Vice President with MDL Group, specializing in commercial real estate investment sales and acquisitions, including commercial, multi-family, and specialty investment properties. He is a member of the West Commercial Investment Property Advisors MDL Group. They provide investment property sales and acquisitions, analytics resources, and strategic consulting services for current and future clients.

Geoffrey brings more than 25-years of experience exclusively focused on commercial real estate investment sales in the Las Vegas market. He essentially is a native Las Vegan, having lived in Las Vegas for over 46 years.

Geoffrey started his commercial real estate career as Assistant Vice President in Commercial Real Estate Lending with U.S. Bank in Las Vegas in 1996. He transitioned to brokerage in 1999 at CBRE. While there, he rose to First Vice President of Capital Markets in the Private Client Group. His focus was transacting office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and mixed-use sales. Following that, West served as Senior Director of Capital Markets Investment Property Sales and Acquisitions at Cushman & Wakefield for over a decade, where his expanded property focus continued to include all commercialmulti-family property types, plus hospitality and portfolio sales.
