Evan is a top producer at NAI Latter and Blum who has increased his sales volume and number of completed transactions every year since joining the company in June of 2010. He earned Rookie of the Year honors at Latter and Blum, Inc. in 2011 and in 2017 he brokered over 65 transactions totaling $30M in volume. From 2015 - 2017 Evan brokered more than 140 transactions totaling over $65M in sales volume. Since 2015, Evan brokered more than 220 transactions totaling over $95M in sales volume. Evan is committed to bringing value to his clients in the form of market knowledge, transactional experience, timely communication and advanced analytics.

Evan has excelled in office and industrial sales and leasing and tenant representation for office, industrial and retail users. Additionally, he has represented clients in the evaluation, analysis and acquisition of office, retail, and industrial assets. As one of the preferred tenant representatives for several third party site selection companies, Evan has experience in assisting national tenants and franchisees in the site selection process. Evans client list includes national and regional companies including Versa Integrity, Hargrove, Vartech Systems, Thompson Industrial Services, Concepts West Corporation, JEA Senior Living, Synergy Home Care, Street Breads, Early Steps, Velocity Commercial Capital, among others.

Evan won the 2012 Push for the Pin Scholarship award by the CCIM Institutes Education Foundation and became a CCIM Designee in 2016.
