ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Eric Termansen

Eric Termansen is the Founding Partner of Western Retail Advisors. As the leader of the company, Eric oversees all aspects of Westerns business with a specialized focus on Tenant Representation. During this time, Western has grown to represent over 125 tenants and 15 million square feet of consumer-focused real estate.

While being personally responsible for over 800 lease transactions, Eric managed a significant portion of the national growth for PetSmart, taking them from 500 stores to over 1600 domestically and their first 40 stores in Canada. His experience includes the direction of multiple national tenant expansions, creative urban infill transactions, NNN sales, and consultation on corporate acquisitions. Current clients include PetSmart, Harkins Theatres, Target, Whole Foods, Ulta Beauty, and Restoration Hardware.

Before founding Western, Eric honed his management and real estate skills during a period of rapid growth at PetSmart, where he was Director of Real Estate. He began his career with North American Development Group, leasing and managing properties.

Eric is a frequent speaker at industry events. Raised in Vancouver, Eric is a long-time resident of Arizona. Along with his wife and daughter, they actively support a variety of local arts, political and charitable organizations
