Eric Goodwin's emphasis is on landlordtenant representation leasing and acquisitiondisposition of investment properties. His approach to serving his clients is to go above and beyond the standard services levels of a commercial realtor to make the commercial real estate transaction a positive experience for each of his clients.

Eric brings a diverse background to the Champions DFW team having held various management positions in companies ranging in size from startups to Fortune 100. Eric worked over 20 years in the software and telecommunications industries in the Los Angeles and Dallas markets. He utilizes his vast experience in sales, marketing, and project management to deliver a creative, visionary, and consultative approach to providing beneficial solutions to his commercial real estate clients.

Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Eric earned a Bachelor of Business Arts degree in marketing from the Robert O. Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico.

Eric and his wife, Pam, have lived in the Dallas area for 18 years and have two sons.
