ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Don Bain Jr.

Mr. Bain is Executive Vice President of Industrial Brokerage in Cleveland, Ohio. The team provides real estate transaction representation to local and national industrial clients. Don delivers extensive experience in all facets of industrial brokerage. Don has been with StaubachJLL since 2000 and during that tenure has completed projects, both big and small throughout the region and country. The needs of the client are the highest priority.

Prior to joining StaubachJLL, Don worked for 16 years at a localregional brokerage firm, primarily focusing on landlord agency work while successfully completing over 50 transactions annually on behalf of his clients.

He is also on the advisory board for the Beck Center for the Arts, past President for the Westlake Soccer Association and was named 2004 Soccer Coach of the Year.
