A Bay Area native, Dominic Morbidelli joined Maven in 2017 where he was able to leverage is knowledge of the industry to help many local, regional, and national landlords and tenants in all facets of commercial real estate. With experience in both office & retail leasing and investment & multifamily sales, Dominic has the unique ability to support his clients with any decision or challenge they are facing. In addition to representing his clients in the acquisition or disposition in excess of $150M in assets, Dominic's recent transactions and client's include Rivian Automotive, Anywhere Real Estate Sotheby's International, Coldwell Banker Residential, One Medical, Casper Sleep, Orange Theory Fitness, as well as established organizations and non-profits such as the Port of San Francisco, City County San Francisco, Wu Yee Children Services, SEADC, and Open Door Legal.

Prior to joining A graduate Holy Names University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Dominic currently resides in San Francisco's North Beach neighborhood, and immerses himself in the San Francisco scenery. He spends his spare time following San Francisco local sports teams, traveling, and exploring the world's top gluten-free restaurants.
