ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Dick Meyers
Dick Myers has over two decades of experience in the real estate industry specializing in tenant representation and project leasing for retailoffice projects, as well as sales of investment properties and land. Prior to entering the real estate business, he spent over 20 years in the advertising and marketing industry and was instrumental in launching the successful Sundance Square project in Downtown Fort Worth. He has successfully negotiated an extensive amount of lease and sale transactions in both Tarrant and Parker Counties. Myers joined Kelly, Geren & Searcy, Inc. in 2005.
Myers also has been appointed by the United States District Court to work with Trustees and Clients to liquidate property in bankruptcy cases. Dick serves as a Special Tarrant County Real Estate Commissioner under Tarrant County Court of Law.
