David Levinson is a Senior Vice President with over 30 years of experience in third-party shopping center project leasing. David's expertise spans across the areas of strip centers, neighborhood centers, community shopping centers, and power centers with a specialization in anchored shopping centers and non-anchored strip centers, throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
In addition to his project leasings, he represents several tenants including, Slim 4 Life, The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and Heena Salon. Levinson has served in senior management roles for the majority of his career and is one of The Retail Connection's foremost advisors concerning small and large shop anchor leasing. Levinson has won numerous awards since joining The Retail Connection.
