ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT David Finigan

Dave Finigan joined KW Commercial to lead the development of the Asset Management and Property Management practices of the companys new commercial division in the Twin Cities area.

Dave is a licensed Real Estate professional with a strong asset management, finance and accounting background, including managing and executing on over 18 million square feet of office, retail and industrial property during his career. His experience includes working with large and small commercial owneroperators to solve valuation, cash flow, reporting, management and investment analysis issues.

He has held senior financial leadership positions in organizations such as Hines Interests and Hillcrest Development. Dave is a proven problem solver, creative analyst and decision maker who thrives on challenging situations where his service orientation, passion and experience can create value for owners of investment real estate.

Dave lives in Eagan, Minnesota with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children, where he is actively involved in school, church and community activities. In his free time, he and his family enjoy the year-round outdoor activities this great State has to offer.
