David has been involved in the Tri-States commercial real estate market for over 20 years, specializing primarily in industrial build to suit lease back for his own use. His real estate experience includes construction management, property management, property development, buy or build to suit that may include a lease back.
Davids held his Indiana Real Estate License since 1999 but primarily for his own use until selling his operating business in 2016 after which he joined the Martin Group, SVN affiliation late in 2017 to devote 100 of his time to commercial real estate as an Advisor.
