Daniel L. Stern is primarily involved in financing, development, construction and leasing of shopping centers in the development stages ranging in size from 100,000 square feet to 800,000 square feet. He has been involved in over 10 redevelopments of malls of over 10,000,000 square feet in the past 15 years.

Daniel has earned his reputation as a leader in shopping center acquisition, financing, development, construction and leasing. Daniel is responsible for overseeing the planning, pre-leasing and financing of retail space in approximately 40 major retail shopping centers, and personally negotiated over 500 anchor tenant leases. Daniel has completed over $2.0 billion of financing with balance sheet lenders, construction lenders, CMBS lenders and life companies. Daniel has also has been largely involved in the development and acquisition of over 10 million square feet of retail space in Michigan and surrounding states. In 2011, Daniel joined forces with other prominent brokers in the Metro Detroit area as a founder and Principal of Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan, Inc.
