I do what I do because I truly love it. The day I stop loving it is the day I do something else. Life is too short to not enjoy what you do everyday. I am very fortunate to be in this position. I get up everyday excited because everyday is different with new challenges and opportunities. I love that I get to work with great people, both clients, colleagues and competitors. I love the hunt, the competitiveness, the problem solving and being able to add value. I feel very fortunate to have found this industry 24 years ago.

Take advantage of everyday you have because someday the journey will end. All we have in this business is our time and reputation. I feel I have been able to separate myself by working harder, smarter and more efficient than my competition while balancing family, work and life. I have always taken the long-term approach with whatever I do in life. I was taught early on that money is the byproduct of hard work and if you do whats right you will be rewarded.
