Dale Zomer is a Broker Associate with NAI Sioux Falls since joining the firm in 2016. His specific area of expertise is representing clients in the sale or purchase of investment grade income-producing properties. As an experienced owner of commercial real estate, Dale understands what investors require to evaluate a property. He believes in providing his clients with exceptional customer service and immediate follow-up. Dale has learned through his years of owning his own business that being proactive and effectively managing expectations is paramount to retaining valued clients and earning their repeat business.

Since January of 1998, Dale has been the founder, owner and president of Zomer Automotive Truck Sales located in Sioux Falls, SD. He also serves as the vice president of leasing at Zomer Commercial Credit, Inc. Dales first sales position was in 1991 with the Bank of New York in Sioux Falls, SD. Over the course of his career Dale has taken sales courses with Advanced Marketing Seminars along with automotive sales and training seminars with the Joe Verde Group.

Dale and his wife, Myra, and their five children reside in Harrisburg, SD. Dale enjoys spending time with his family, farming, traveling, boating, and rooting for the Minnesota Vikings. He also volunteers for the Sioux Falls Air Show and Sioux Falls Cares.
