Chris Santana brings a high level of commitment and determination to her role as President and CFO of Northgate. After leaving a career in teaching, Chris has cultivated and grown the initial elements of Northgate into a fully-integrated and successful real estate firm that focuses on the needs of its clients. Chris manages the direction of the Leasing and Property Management teams. She also dedicates her time to exclusive clients like Kelly-Moore Paints Company, overseeing the acquisition and disposition of assets throughout the country. Chris and husband Xavier live in Stockton with daughters, Alexes and Ashley, and granddaughter, Lily.
