ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Chris O'Callaghan

Chris OCallaghan joined RMF in October of 2020 as its Managing Director of the Office Division. Chris is spearheading the Office Divisions growth working on recruiting and various business development initiatives. Chris has been one of Westchesters most prolific office brokers over the past couple of decades.

Prior to joining RMF, Chris served as Managing Director of JLL. Chris has negotiated many of the most significant real estate transactions in the region, involving such companies as AT & T, New York Life, Snapple, White Plains Hospital, Waterhouse Securities, TRIARC, Metropolitan Life Insurance, Emcor Group, Inc., Morrow & Company, State Street Bank, Hitachi, Business Council of Westchester and United Technologies, to name just a few. Chris has negotiated lease and sale transactions valued at over $1Billion involving over $20 million square feet.

Chris is the former Chairman of the Board of the Business Council of Westchester County, which represents over 1,200 member businesses in Westchester County and New York State. He is also the former Chairman of the Westchester Economic Development Business Coalition. Chris has served on the Boards of NAIOP (The National Association of Industrial and Office Parks), the Food Bank of Westchester, POTS (Part of the Solution), The American Red Cross, Greenwich Hospital, and United Hospital Medical Center. Additionally, Chris has served as President of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick of Westchester and past Grand Marshall of The Sound Shore St. Patricks Day Parade.
