ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Charlie Carroll

Charlie is from Dunwoody, GA. Starting his career in Atlanta, Charlie worked as a CPA in an audit capacity for PricewaterhouseCoopers. While at PwC, Mr. Carroll provided assurance services to various private and public clients in the Manufacturing, Industrial Services, and Utilities sectors across the United States; his various teams facilitated the transition of private clients to the public sector through filing public debt offerings, assisted with new mergers and acquisitions by performing opening balance sheet procedures, and enabled the filing of quarterly and annual financial statements for clients varying in size from small, private companies to Fortune 500 companies.

In 2012, he began working with Turnstone Group, a private equity backed real estate investment manager focused on opportunistic investments across a wide range of asset classes. As Vice President of Acquisitions & Development, Charlie was responsible for the identification, analysis, and consummation of new investment opportunities in addition to the coordination of development efforts on existing portfolio assets. Before joining Stratus Property Group, Charlie serves as the CEO for Provadus Home Loans where he was responsible for the strategic direction and overall performance of the independent mortgage bank.

In his free time, Mr. Carroll enjoys running and working out as well as playing basketball, tennis, and golf. He volunteers as a greeter at his church, coaches youth basketball at a nearby recreation center and attends Bible studies with friends.
