Nearing 17 years' experience as a commercial real estate broker, Bryan has focused primarily on the acquisition and disposition of healthcare investment properties nationwide. Bryan has handled transactions involving hundreds of investment properties ranging from office and retail to industrial and has exceptional transactional experience in the disposition of both individual assets and portfolio transactions. He is always mindful of driving a successful outcome for his clients, taking a personal approach that starts with identifying needs, fact-finding, and then handling every aspect of highly complex commercial real estate transactions. Bryan's clients benefit from his strong work ethic, absolute integrity, and ability to deliver outstanding results in even the most challenging circumstances. His clients include many prominent Bay Area property owners, physician groups, operators, institutions, private equity groups, developers and private investors.

Bryan began his commercial brokerage career in 2007, working first with Marcus & Millichap and then Colliers before joining CP Partners in September 2019. Long before becoming part of the team, Bryan had set his sights on the firm, attracted by the collaborative culture and entrepreneurial spirit that would allow him to flourish in his career.
