Ms. Goldberg serves as an Executive Vice President at MSC, where she has been integral in leading the firm's high street retail practice for over a decade. Ms. Goldberg primarily focuses on bringing first-to-market retail and restaurant concepts from across the country to the premier shopping corridors of Philadelphia, specializing in leasing and sales within Rittenhouse Square, greater Center City, and the surrounding PANJ suburbs.

Throughout her career, Ms. Goldberg has demonstrated expertise in landlord and tenant representation and is widely recognized as the leading high street' retail broker in the region.

Brittany has played an instrumental role in shaping the retail landscape in Philadelphia and has completed countless high-profile deals on Walnut Street and the surrounding region.

In addition to Ms. Goldberg's urban practice, she is heavily involved in suburban lifestyle tenant and landlord representation. She handles the leasing of over 650,000 SF of retail space in the suburbs, leasing the most prestigious lifestyle centers in the tristate region Suburban Square in Ardmore, PA, The Promenade at Sagemore in Marlton, NJ, and Palmer Square in Princeton, NJ. In her suburban lifestyle practice, she has completed deals with an impressive list of tenants, including Herms, Nike, Warby Parker, Faherty, Design Within Reach, Rosa Mexicano, Madewell, Veronica Beard, Madewell, Shake Shack, and Arhaus.

Ms. Goldberg actively represents numerous national and local tenants and has a vast network of national brokers that work exclusively with her on Philadelphia-area tenant representation accounts. Her practice also includes the national representation of several aspirational brands, such as Roller Rabbit.

The Philadelphia Business Journal awarded her and MSC The Best Retail Real Estate Deal of 2021 for her transformative leasing of Suburban Square.

She currently resides in Bryn Mawr with her husband and daughter.
