ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Brian Roache

Following college graduation, Brian spent a brief time in the mutual fund industry-leading an inside sales team. However, real estate was always in his blood starting with his high school job as a land surveyor and, looking for a change, Brian arrived at Atlantic in 2003. Since that time, he has been fortunate to work side by side with retailers such as Target, CVS, and BJ's Wholesale Club in their New England expansions. Additionally, Brian has performed project leasing and portfolio disposition work on behalf of developers such as RD Management and for retailers such as Stop & Shop, Target, and Home Depot.

In late 2016, Brian was named Managing Director of Atlantic nationally. In his new role, Brian oversees both brokerage and marketing in Atlantic's nine offices and is charged with helping position Atlantic for continued growth. Leveraging his years of brokerage experience, Brian now works to ensure that each of the company's business units are aligned and maximizing their collective potential.

Away from the office, Brian enjoys golfing in the summer and skiing in the winter, especially in the mountains of New Hampshire. He is a passionate sports fan, youth sports coach, and active leader in the Boy Scouts of America. A life-long resident of Massachusetts, Brian attended Union College in Schenectady, NY where he met his wife Julie. They live in North Andover, MA with their two children.
