Prior to becoming a broker in East TN, Brande worked exclusively for a developer as an asset manager. Her projects totaled over 1 million square feet and included working with large national retailers as well as regional and local users. Her consistent travels throughout the Southeast expanded her knowledge of small and mid-size markets. This broad range of knowledge allows her to bring a competitive view of the East TN market as well as the state.
