Being a part of the MyEListing Client Connection Program means you are directly notified and potentially connected with real people in your area looking for a commercial agent to represent them.
2.What are the benefits of being a part of the MyEListing Client Connection Program?
An agent can take control of their city. An agent gets notified quickly when a lead comes in from their market. No need for cold calls to find clients. This program puts real people who need help in an agent's mailbox.
3.How much does it cost?
Leads are $59 each. An agent will only be charged for leads that are sent to them. No start-up or subscription fees. An agent will be charged once a week on Monday, and will also receive an outline showing all leads that they were sent.
4.What property types can be utilized?
An agent will receive all leads in their market whether it is for sale or for lease. In the future, we will designate property type as an extra feature.
5.How does MyEListing define a lead?
MyEListing gains leads from people on the site that confirm they are interested in commercial property and specifically state that they do NOT already have representation. Inquiries include whether someone is looking for a for sale or for lease property, the property type, and/or sq. ft and acres.
6.How many other agents are in my market?
We max out at 6 per market.
7.How many leads can an agent expect?
An agent can expect 2 - 7 leads per week on average. Markets can vary significantly as some may see fewer or many more leads than this. And a market can also vary greatly from week to week. However, you will never be sent more than your set weekly limit.
8.Are leads sent out 24/7?
Leads are only processed, assigned, and emailed out between 7AM CST and 9PM CST every day (except maybe some holidays). Any leads that come in outside of those hours will be held in the queue until 7AM.
