ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Zach Blatteis

In August of 2021 Weingarten Realty and Kimco Realty merged. Zachary accepted a position post merger as a Director of Real Estate primarily overseeing Kimco's San Diego portfolio which includes 24 shopping centers and over 4.9 million square feet of retail.

Previously at Weingarten Realty Zachary oversaw the leasing efforts of Weingarten's Southern California portfolio.

At TRC Zachary managed the leasing of TRC's core East Bay (Bay Area, CA) assets and new development projects. Including but not limited to The Orchards (Walnut Creek, CA), Shops at The Ridge (Oakland, CA), San Ramon Marketplace (San Ramon, CA), Lincoln Square (Oakland, CA).

At Weingarten Realty Zachary was a Leasing Executive and worked in the Northern CA, Arizona and San Diego markets. The property portfolio consisted of 24 shopping centers with over 3.5 million square feet of retail.

Prior to joining Weingarten Zachary worked as a broker in Southern California and San Francisco specializing in retail leasing.
