Will Poole is an Associate of Lee & Associates-LA North Ventura specializing in representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in the sale and leasing of industrial, R&D and office properties throughout the Los Angeles area with a focus on the Conejo Valley and Ventura County.

His experience includes brokerage for the land and ground-up development of R&D and office condos at the 300,000-square-foot master planned Patriot Commerce Center in Moorpark, CA and the 74,254-square-foot master planned Conejo Vista Center in Thousand Oaks, CA.

A former professional football player, Mr. Poole now applies the same discipline and determination to commercial real estate. He works diligently to market properties using an effective combination of cold calling, canvassing and state-of-the-art marketing strategies, and he assists tenants to identify all possible options for their needs and expertly manage the transaction. His strong work ethic and attention to detail assures clients of the best possible outcomes.

A recent graduate of the University of Southern California, Mr. Poole was a Defensive Back for the National Football League's Miami Dolphins and for the Canadian Football League's Toronto Argonauts before transitioning to a career in commercial real estate. He also formerly worked as a trainer and director of marketing, skills he employs to guide clients through every aspect of the transaction.

Mr. Poole was inducted into the Ventura College Athletic Hall of Fame in 2018. He has won numerous honors including Rose Bowl Defensive MVP, USC Co-Special Teams Player of the Year, Second Team All-American by Associated Press and CollegeFootballNews.com, First Team All-PAC 10 selection by CollegeFootballNews.com, ESPN.com and Rivals.com, PAC 10 Conference Player of the Week, Ventura College Team MVP, Western State Conference Division Defensive MVP and Junior College Athletic Bureau All-American, among others.
