Vonn Tran serves as Vice President of Edge Realty Capital Markets in Houston. She specializes in the strategic disposition and acquisition of retail properties throughout Texas.

Having completed over 400 lease and sale transactions, Vonn has a passion for delivering excellence and creating value for her clients. With nearly two decades of experience, Vonn's background in leasing and development provide her with a unique depth of knowledge and breadth of experience. Utilizing her extensive real estate background and deep understanding of a complete deal-cycle, Vonn provides her clients with a unique competitive advantage that helps them to maximize their returns.

Vonn started her career in commercial real estate in 2001, as a Development Project Manager at MetroNational. She then transitioned to a Leasing Executive for Weingarten Realty (NYSE: WRI) where she managed the leasing of more than 80 shopping centers, totaling over 10 million square feet and encompassing four states (TX, KS, GA, FL) and ten local markets. Her experience also includes being an independent broker, where she successfully represented investors, landlords and tenants. Additionally, Vonn served for four years as Leasing Director for Midway Companies where she oversaw the retail leasing of Midway's 850,000 SF mixed-use retail portfolio and formulated leasing strategies for the company's new development projects such as CITYCENTRE NORTH, Century Square, Memorial Green, and East River.

Vonn is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee since 2011, and a graduate of Leadership Houston Class XXI. Vonn has served on the Board of TIRZ 15, TIRZ 17, Memorial City Management District, and The Rice Village Alliance.
