ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Victor Lewis

Victor (Torrey) Lewis is a 20 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. When he joined Friedman in 2017, Torrey brought with him a broad range of real estate experience. His work in property management, retail and residential development, and investment property leasing and stabilization, have made him an asset and able to excel at executing property sales and valuations.

Since joining Friedman, Torrey has been involved in the sale of retail centers, office buildings, industrial properties, and a plethora of distressed and REO properties through both traditional sales as well as auctions. He currently holds brokerage licenses in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Kentucky.

A native and lifelong resident of Chicago (a rare northside-to-southside transplant), Torrey is familiar with, and has sold properties in, nearly all areas of the city, suburbs, and beyond. He serves on the board of directors of the Garfield Ridge Chamber of Commerce, working closely with local alderman, state representatives, and the mayors office on plans to revitalize commercial corridors on Chicago southwest side.
