ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Tyler Clements

Tyler is a founding partner of Sturbridge Commercial Real Estate, which opened for business in September of 2022. At Sturbridge, Tyler is charged with leading and developing the Investment Sales Division, which focuses on both single-tenant and multi-tenant retail, as well as land sales and development site selection.

Before joining Sturbridge, Tyler led a productive seven-year career in retail brokerage with Marcus and Millichap and Partners formerly NAI Partners. Throughout his career, Tyler has listed and closed over $30 million of transactions, including both single and multi-tenant retail properties. While specializing in the single-tenant net lease market, Tyler has created a nationwide database of clients and developed an in-depth understanding of the market and the different operators involved. In addition, Tyler has a vast understanding of the Texas market with a strong focus on multi-tenant retail shopping centers.
