The team specializes in the disposition of commercial real estate Retail, Office, and Single-Tenant Net-Leased Investments. Troy brings expertise in financial analysis and information systems, which greatly contribute to the teams ability to maximize value for its clients.

Prior to SVN, Troy was on an investment sales team at CBC in Denver, CO, and Business Real Estate now Cushman & Wakefield in San Diego, CA.
