Tripp specializes in the land sector through Huff Creek Properties.

Tripp grew up on a horse farm in Mebane, North Carolina, and has always had a passion for recreational land management. His grandfather founded a rural real estate firm, Gourley Real Estate, which his mother ran until 2002. His sales career began after college while working at SYNNEX, and he has vast experience in corporate operations. In addition to traditional land brokerage, Tripp works with timber brokers and wildlife biologists to manage timber stands, cultivate wetlands and impoundments, and maximize utility and cash flow for owners of farming and recreational tracts of land. He provides clients with wildlife habitat evaluations and planning including waterfowl management, bobwhite quail, fishpond management, and wild hog control and removal.
