I focus on retail land and site selection brokerage. I assess the needs of my clients, analyze the market for opportunities and guide them through the decision-making process that results in the selection of the best locations for their business. Typically, this requires attention to location, visibility, ingressegress, pricing, zoning, signage, individual market trends, market footprints and overall feasibility, among many other factors that are important and unique to each client.
My number one priority is delivering the best service to my clients. I pride myself in being an asset in finding a solution to a clients need and define my own success through the success of my clients.
In 2011 and 2012, I received the Colliers | South Carolina Transaction of the Year Award and in 2011, 2014, 2016 and 2020 I received the Top Producers Award. In addition, I am also a Life Member of the Central Carolina REALTORS Associations Circle of Excellence. In 2018, I became a Colliers | South Carolina shareholder.
I often provide my clients with a broader understanding of the technical side and terms of the real estate process. With over 19 years of experience working in commercial real estate primarily in the land development arena, I have been a part of many different scenarios and enjoy the challenge that all situations bring to the table.
