ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Travis Fidel

Prior to Radar, Travis was a Senior Vice President at one of the top performing net lease brokerage teams in the country. In that role, he focused on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net lease investments including portfolios, sale-leasebacks, build-to-suits, and 1031 Exchanges. He has been directly involved in excess of $500 million in transaction volume, mostly representing institutional real estate companies, private equity funds, high net-worth individuals, and developers.

Travis has a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Colorado where he was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. He is currently an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), and Urban Land Institute (ULI).
