Venture Commercial Senior Vice President Tonya Hagood proudly states that project leasing and tenant representation have been an exciting part of her life for 30 years. She believes in the importance of functioning as a team with her clients, treating their goals and objectives as though they are her own.

Tonya's long-term business relationships are based on trust and exceeding the clients' expectations. Tonya's keen ability to learn the goals and objectives of her clients by listening closely to them enables her to create a plan to achieve their goals in a timely manner. She consistently puts her clients' needs first.

Tonya has over 30 years of experience in retail real estate. Prior to joining Venture, Tonya was senior vice president with the Christon Company, a retail real estate brokerage and development company. She leased existing retail redevelopments and new developments. Additionally, Tonya was senior vice president at Leon and Associates, the first commercial real estate firm in DFW to specialize in tenant representation. Beginning her sales career with IBM, she was awarded state and regional sales leader status and achieved the 100 Club annual sales quota yearly.
