ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Tom OLoughlin

Tom began his career in industrial real estate 28 years ago with Lee & Associates-Industry, Inc. He then moved to Lee & Associates-Commerce, Inc. in 1996 as an Associate, specializing in value-added development, sales and leasing of industrial property, and property management, assisting with managing industrial real estate.

In 1996, he was 1 of several Lee & Associates agents to open a Lee & Associates office as an Associate in the CentralSoutheast marketplace. The City of Commerce office was born. Last year, the office completed transactions valued at approximately $438,170,873 and commission revenues in excess of $31,000,000.

Over the years, Tom has been recognized by his peers with numerous sales and management achievement awards, naming him Rookie of the Year in 1991, for outstanding performance in 1993, 1994, 1995, and 1998, and Partner in 1999. Tom has also been in the top 10 sales producers from 2003 through present.

Today, having been involved in over numerous real estate deals, Tom's experience has provided him insight into the financial and operational aspects of companies to better understand the needs of owners, users, and investors in industrial real estate.
