I have over 25 years of Commercial Real Estate Business experience with extensive expertise in sales, leasing, site selection, market analysis and site development. My wide range of real estate experience enables me to play an active role in site selection process, acquisition, negotiations, and economic analysis. My background is in business management after several years of owning and operating several small businesses. This is what eventually led to the launch of my career in the commercial real estate industry and real estate development. My unique insight into the financial challenges, environmental issues and zoning and building codes set me apart from other Brokers in the industry. My work experience includes, investment sales & leasing, 1031-tax deferred exchanges, tenant representation, build to suit arrangements, and retail site selection.
