ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Tom Heer

Tom Heer joined the Orlando office of LQ Commercial, formerly LandQwest, over 10 years ago as a Senior Associate. Tom has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience in the areas of leasing, management, tenant representation, acquisition and disposition of commercial land, office and retail properties.

Some of the clients Tom represents or represented include Aldi, Five Guys, Encore Retail Centers, Falcone Development, Everest Group, Greenleaf Capital, and Epic Theatres. Recently, Tom and the LQ team successfully leased from ground up the 200,000 SF Sunset Walk retail center in the $750-million Margaritaville Resort Orlando projects. The team has now started leasing the 217 acres future mixed-use Everest Place Lifestyle Center located at the southwest corner of SR 429 and US Hwy 192 in Kissimmee, FL. In addition to those projects, the team is working with the Meyers Group to to lease the 700K SF O-Vation project in Kissimmee and are in charge of leasing from the ground up.

Tom is an active member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and the Appraisal Institute.
