Tom Caliendo joined RIPCO in 2021, where he focuses on tenant and landlord representation in Manhattan and all five boroughs of New York.

Tom previously served as a Director for Winick Realty and as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for Sabre Real Estate Group, where he successfully guided local, national and multi-national clients in their commercial real estate acquisitions, lease obligations, asset repositions, strategic expansions and dispositions.

Tom prides himself on giving all of his clients, both individual and institutional, the most precise and up-to-date feedback on the market, its trends, comparable sales and property values, giving them a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in todays market.

His impressive client list over the years, includes Paris Baguette, T-Mobile, TruFusion, WeWork, ForFive Coffee, Hungry Ghost Coffee, Sweet Polly, West Side Market and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. In addition to representing tenants throughout New Yorks most desirable retail corridors, Tom has also represented numerous landlorddevelopers such as Greystone, Midwood, JDS Development, Red Apple Group, Rechler Equity Partners, The Dermot Company, Jonathan Rose Companies and The Albanese Organization, on game changing projects that have set the benchmark for future developments throughout New York.

Tom holds a Masters Degree in Financial Planning from Molloy College and a Bachelors Degree, graduating with a double major in Business Administration and Professional Communications from SUNY Farmingdale.
