Todd Sternfeld is a 40-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry and Co-Owner of NAI Tri-Cities, a boutique brokerage firm providing traditional transactional brokerage and specialized support to clients seeking to buy, sell and lease commercial property.

Todd has brokered over 1 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial space in the Tri-Cities. With proven success, Todd has consistently demonstrated an ability to overcome significant market obstacles on behalf of his clients, specializing in Retail Leasing, Retail Investment Sales, Landlord and Tenant Representation, Site Selection, Building, and Land Acquisition/Disposition, Land Assemblages, and Retail Development.

Before joining NAI Tri-Cities, Todd spent 24 years as a Franchise Area Director and Developer representing a number of domestic and international clients, preferred developers, private equity groups, and build-to-suit specialists. Todd owns and manages a select portfolio for a variety of Investors, Property Owners, and Developers.
