ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Todd Spencer

As a founding member and Principal of the Columbus Lee office, Todd is responsible for assisting clients in all aspects of real estate brokerage and development including site qualification, acquisition, zoning and governmental approvals, financing, third party brokerage, and coordination of preliminary design and construction cost estimating. On a national level, Todd serves on the Corporate Board of Directors for Lee & Associates, which governs licensing andor growth of the organization across North America. In this role, Todd participates in the expansion of the organization with new offices being established in major markets and assisting with new initiatives in technology, marketing, and charitable ventures across the Lee & Associates vast network of brokers.

Todd has over 17 years of experience in marketing, commercial real estate brokerage, property management and development. His clients include developers, property owners, investors, ownerusers, and tenantsbuyers. Whether his clients require landlordseller representation, tenantbuyer representation, site due diligence, demographic analysis or asset disposition services, Todd uses his expertise to maximize asset performance, minimize occupancy costs, and increase his clients bottom line.
