ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Todd Launchbaugh

Todd has specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial and office buildings in the eastern San Gabriel Valley and western Inland Empire for over 31 years. His team represents Sellers, Buyers, Landlords, Tenants and Investors in real estate transactions and consulting assignments. Todd and his team members Mark White, Trent Howland and Justin Leewood, along with Marketing Coordinator, Anna Giuliano, have developed a synergistic marketing team that has provided excellent results with a combined total of over 75 years of experience. Todd and his team consistently handle $20-$25 million per year in real estate transactions and are responsible for approximately 10-15 of the total annual transactions for the Ontario office of Lee & Associates (55 agents).

In 2015 Todd was appointed as one of the advisory board members of Associates Equity Fund, a newly formed real estate investment group that invests in commercial real estate on behalf of Lee & Associates agents across the United States. Todd was chosen because of his experience in the sales and ownership of investment properties and is one of the primary underwriters for each property.

In 2013 Todd was recognized at the Lee & Associates National Convention as a Leader of Lee. This award has been awarded to less than 10 people in the history of Lee & Associates.

Todd is a graduate of the California State Polytechnic University of Pomona and Don Bosco Technical Institute. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and an Associates degree in Electronic Engineering.
