Sitting in the emergency room at 30 years old finding out he was having a panic attack, Toby Boyce knew something had to change.
It was a chance meeting with the real estate broker who sold him his house that led him to resign from his job and go into real estate full-time. The plan wasn't for it to be more than a year or two as he identified the next step in his writing and public relations career.
That was in 2006 and he never left in 2014 he became a real estate broker. He ran C.G. Boyce Real Estate Co. from 2015-2021 when he partnered with Coldwell Banker Realty to bring the iconic franchise back to Delaware. In 2023, Toby moved to Parker Realty Associates and still is invigorated to work with the well-respected local independent brokerage.
Toby shifted his focus from residential to commercial after a friend wasn't serviced properly by local commercial agents. Toby found his love of numbers and putting the deal together was welcome in commercial real estate.
