ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Tim Muller

Tim Muller is a Senior Associate specializing in retail brokerage. He is responsible for the marketing and leasing of a portfolio of neighborhood and community shopping centers, as well as mixed-use developments positioned throughout Orange County, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire.

Having completed over 500 lease transactions, Mr. Muller is a valued member of the brokerage team recognized for his dedication, professionalism and ability to close transactions. In his first year he was awarded Corelands Rookie of the Year honors and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2016. As a team, Coreland was recognized among Real Estate Forums National Top 25 Leasing Teams in 2017.

Prior to joining Coreland Companies in 2006, Mr. Muller served as a Loan Officer and Sales Associate for The Equity Source in Newport Beach for six years.

Mr. Muller was educated at Irvine Valley College and holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license. He holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (ACRE) and Retail Brokers Network (RBN).
