Tim has worked in 23 states and Puerto Rico and has leased over five million square feet of retail space. He offers valuable experience and retail knowledge to his clients every day.

Tim has been responsible for development and leasing of a portfolio that exceeded five million square feet and understands the challenges and opportunities in both public and private companies.
