Tim has worked and lived in the Longmont area since 1983. Over the years he has developed a reputation for dealing fairly and ethically with buyers, sellers, tenants and other industry professionals. He he has his finger on the pulse of our ever-changing lease rates and list prices. He understands that integrity comes first and that building trust is the cornerstone to any relationship.

Prior to forming Summit, Tim was a commercial broker with The Colorado Group, Inc. Tim is president on Commercial Brokers of Longmont. He is active in the community and volunteers with many non profits including Rotary International, Junior Achievement, Longmont Economic Development Partnership, Longmont Parks & Rec Advisory Board, CU Leeds Mentoring and Boulder County Adopt a Road. Tim enjoys hiking, skiing, biking, fly fishing, and spending time with his family.
