Prior to founding Lee and Associates of St. Louis in 2004, Thomas worked for CB Richard Ellis for over six years and was the "CB Richard Ellis Rookie of the Year". In addition, he is a member of the prestigious SIOR and IMAC organizations. Prior to his real estate career Tom formerly played Linebacker for the NFL Los Angeles-St. Louis Rams Football Organization.
