Terry McMahon, SIOR has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 40 years. McMahon first worked for The Harrigan Co., Inc. which later merged with The Boerke Company in 1997 where he has been a partner ever since.
Though McMahon's focus is typically on the industrial market, he does currently represent clients and properties across all commercial real estate segments. Some well-known transactions he has been involved in include the sale of the Pabst Brewery properties, the relocation of Joy Global to downtown Milwaukee, the sale of St. Anthony's Hospital properties, and the past sale of the Northridge Mall facility.
